After that my mind say just pick my phone and order fast food or pizza. But this junk food was not healthy and not a good option for our body. Am sure you feel same. Cooking at home is one of the best option you can do for your body and health. Am also cook and prepare my meal daily after coming home, because i know exactly what is going into my food. I can control salt, oil, sugar and spices in my meal. Eating healthy dinner in very important because dinner gives your body the right fuel to repair itself while you sleep. It helps you wake up feeling fresh and full of energy in the next morning.

Many people think cooking healthy food taking too much time but this is not really true. You do not need to be a master chef to make a good and healthy food for your body. in fact you do not need to buy expensive ingredients. In this article i will tell you five amazing healthy recipes. These recipes are very easy to make take very little time for prepare. Chicken is the best choice for dinner because it’s packed with high protein and very easy to cook. This chicken recipe is one pan meal. This means you cook everything together on one baking sheet. The best part is after dinner you will have very few dishes to wash. So let’s start with these amazing chicken dish ingredients. You need 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts because this is the hero ingredient of this dish. 2 cup of broccoli ( for fiber and guts health), 1 cup of baby carrot (for more fiber and good taste), 1 red bell pepper chopped (for some spice in dish), 3 tablespoons of olive oil (for healthy fat and it’s good for your body), 1 teaspoon of dried oregano (for some more taste), salt and black pepper ( according with your taste), 2 Cloves Of garlic chopped in very small pieces.

How to Make It? There is 6 steps. First turn on your oven and set it to 400*F. And wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Then take a baking sheet and spray it with very little bit cooking oil. This is my favourite meal because when am in big hurry then shrimp is my best friend. Shrimp cooks very fast and it’s hardly take 3 to 5 minutes. I pair it with quinoa Because this is a super grain that fills me up and gives me lots of energy. You Love this receipe because after making it this feels like a fancy dish from a 5 star restaurant. There is 2 reason why you love it, first it’s takes only just minute and second is the garlic makes the shrimp smell and taste amazing.

So what ingredients you need for this amazing dish? First hero ingredient is 1 pound of raw shrimp, second is 1 cup of dry quinoa, third is 2 cups of chicken broth or water, fourth is 3 cloves of garlic (chopped in very small pieces), 5th is 2 cups of fresh spinach, 7th is 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil (olive oil is better option if you are strict health conscious) and last is salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes. use red pepper flakes only if you like spicy.

How To make it? First turn on heat down to low then rinse the dry quinoa in a strainer under cold water. put chicken and quinoa in a small pot. then boil it. wait for 10 to 15 minutes, after that all the water should disappear. second step is put a large pan on the stove in medium heat add butter or olive oil in pan according with your need. Then put the chopped garlic in the pan and wait for 20 to 40 seconds. Be sure garlic was not burn. Next Step is put the shrimp in pan and add all spices like salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. add all spices according your taste. After adding all spices just wait for 2 to 3 minutes until each side turn pink. Throw the fresh spinach into the pan with shrimp then stir it around 50 seconds to 70 seconds until the spinach becomes soft. Now Enjoy this amazing healthy meal.

3. Easy Vegetarian Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos

What ingredients you need ? First hero ingredient is 2 large sweet potatoes. For better taste and feel peeled and chopped into small cubes. second is 1 can of black beans It’s approx 15 ounce. Then rinsed and drain. third ingredient is 1 tablespoon of olive oil. olive oil is better option for good fats. Four ingredient is 1 packet taco seasoning. Fifth is 8 small corn tortillas and one avocado. And last ingredient is 1/2 cup of salsa.

How to make? First put sweet potato cubes on a baking pan. Then Turn on over and set it to 400*F for 2 minutes. Then Pour the olive oil over in sweet potato cubes And add half of taco seasoning. After that wait for 20 to 30 minutes until they are soft. Second step is put the black beans in pot on the stove over medium heat. Then Add the rest of the taco seasoning and a little bit water splash. Then Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes until they are warm. Third step is heat your corn tortillas in a dry pan 30 to 50 seconds on each side. Fourth step is take a warm tortilla and put a spoon of sweet potato and black beans inside. and the last step is add slice of avocado, a spoonful of salsa and some cilantro on top and then enjoy your well prepared healthy meal.
